Mr. Azim Hasham Premji
Non-Executive Chairman & Director

Azim Premji has led Wipro since the late 60’s. Then a $2 million cooking fat business, Wipro Limited is today a $7 billion plus organization with presence in over 50 plus countries. Premji started at Wipro with one basic idea – to build an organization which is deeply committed to values, in the firm belief that success in business would be its inevitable and eventual outcome.


Mr. Suresh C Senapaty
Independent Director

Mr. Suresh C. Senapaty is on the Board of Wipro Enterprises (P) Limited since 2013(Company) and Wipro GE Healthcare Private Limited since 1995. He is also a Independent Director of the company. He is the Chairman of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Audit Committee of Board of Directors and a member of Administrative & Shareholder/Investors Grievance Committee of the company. Mr. Senapaty plays advisory role for Wipro Limited & Premji Investment. He is also a member of Governing Board on ITRAF – International Tax Research and Analysis Foundation, Non-executive Chairman of CimplyFive Corporate Secretarial Services Pvt. Ltd and an Independent Director of HCG – Oncology Specialty hospital. He is B. Com & Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) by profession. Mr. Senapaty joined Wipro in 1980 after a stint with Lovelock and Lewis (PwC) and headed the finance function of the largest factory then in Wipro in Maharashtra. In the year 1982, he became the CFO of Wipro Consumer Care, then the largest business of Wipro Limited. In 1992, he became Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the fast-growing IT businesses of Wipro. In 1995, He became CFO of Wipro Corporation, heading the Finance function across its businesses of Information Technology, Consumer Care, Infrastructure Engineering and Healthcare.


Mr. Vineet Agrawal
CEO – Consumer Care and Lighting Business & Executive Director

Vineet Agrawal is the President, Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting business from 2002. Vineet joined Wipro in 1985 in the Sales and Marketing function. His career progressed rapidly and in 1994, he became the Marketing head for the business. After significantly contributing to establishing the various national brands such as Santoor, Wipro Shikakai, Sunflower Vanaspati and Wipro Baby Soft range of products, Vineet provided leadership to the repositioning of the Wipro Corporate identity, eventually launching the new Wipro identity in April 1998.


Mr. Pratik Kumar
CEO – Infrastructure Engineering Business & Executive Director

Pratik Kumar has been associated with Wipro since 1991 and is a member of Wipro’s senior leadership team, closely associated with Wipro’s growth over the years, and played a significant role in shaping it into a strong global player.
Pratik spent his initial years in the IT business before taking over the mantle of HR leadership of the Corporation in 2002. Under Pratik’s leadership, Wipro was recognized as the first company in the world to be assessed at PCMM Level 5, the highest maturity level on the SEI framework of Carnegie Mellon University.
Pratik assumed leadership of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN) as its CEO in July of 2010. In the last few years, WIN has taken rapid stride in establishing its footprints in emerging as well as other growth markets. WIN, under his leadership has also focused its efforts in scaling up its nascent business in Aerospace & Defence and Water which would be strong platforms for WIN’s future growth.
Pratik is member of the Board of Wipro Enterprises (P) Limited as well as member of the Corporate Executive Council of Wipro. Besides his business role, Pratik also provides leadership oversight to the HR function of Wipro Enterprises Limited. He is an active member of the various industry bodies.
Pratik is a Post Graduate in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.


Mr. Rishad Azim Premji
Non-Executive Director

Rishad Premji is a Director of Wipro Enterprises (P) Limited and also Chief Strategy Officer & Member of the Board of Wipro Limited. He is also on the board of Wipro-GE, a joint venture between Wipro Enterprises and General Electric in the healthcare domain and also on the board of the Azim Premji Foundation, one of the largest not-for-profit initiatives in India focused on improving school education working with over 350,000 schools across the country.
Prior to joining Wipro, Rishad was with Bain & Company in London, working on assignments across Consumer Products, Automobiles, Telecom and Insurance. He also worked with GE Capital in the US across several businesses throughout the Insurance and Consumer Lending space and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP). Mr. Rishad Premji has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University in the United States. In 2014, he was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum for his outstanding leadership, professional accomplishments, and commitment to society.
